My life mission is to create opportunities for deeper connection, firstly by being present, and then by seeing, and sharing, my creativity, my compassion, my playfulness, my joy, my wisdom… and doing it with grace.
Using experience gained while working for 30 years in the creative sector of the corporate world, I have been following my soul's calling, helping others to connect with their innate creativity, using meditation practices, discovery processes, compassionate discourse, movement and sound - one to one, with groups, in person and online.
